JOB SUMMARY
Designs and develops innovative curriculum for Futures Seminar courses that integrate artificial intelligence practices, critical thinking, and real-world problem solving. Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure alignment to district priorities while preparing students for emerging technologies, fostering adaptability, and driving meaningful, future-ready learning outcomes.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Designs and develops curriculum for Future Seminar courses focused on AI applications, critical thinking, and real-world problem solving
2. Creates engaging instructional materials including lesson plans, projects, and student-centered activities aligned to course objectives
3. Integrates emerging technologies and AI tools into curriculum design to enhance student learning experiences
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of curriculum with district initiatives and future-ready competencies
5. Evaluates curriculum effectiveness using student outcomes and feedback to continuously improve course content
6. Supports professional learning for educators implementing Future Seminar courses
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years experience in curriculum design, teaching, or innovation-focused education roles

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Level 1-No supervisory responsibilities. May provide occasional work guidance, technical advice, and training to staff.
