JOB SUMMARY
Supports the CTM - Business Partnerships in coordinating districtwide business partnership initiatives that expand student opportunities aligned to CCMR goals. Assists with partnership operations, stakeholder communication, event execution, data management, and implementation of approved strategies.__
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate day-to-day partnership activities, schedules, meetings, and communication between schools, partners, and CTM
2. Maintain partnership databases, records, agreements, contacts, and participation metrics
3. Support planning and execution of career fairs, advisory council meetings, student engagement events, and trainings
4. Prepare reports, presentations, materials, and correspondence for CTM and leadership review

5. Respond to campus inquiries and provide customer support regarding partnership
opportunities/processes

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree
WORK EXPERIENCE
1-3 years’ experience in partnership coordination, education programs, workforce development, community engagement, project coordination, or stakeholder relations.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities. May provide occasional work guidance, technical advice, and training to staff.
WORK COMPLEXITY/INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT
Work involves the application of moderately complex procedures and tasks that are quite varied. Independent judgment is often required to select and apply the most appropriate of available resources. Ongoing supervision is provided on an "as needed" basis.

PROBLEM SOLVING
Decisions are made on both routine and non-routine matters with some latitude but are still subject to approval. Job is occasionally expected to recommend new solutions to problems and improve existing methods or generate new ideas.

information/policies, and provide initial screening/negotiations without approval authority. Interactions are typically with customers, senior level professional staff, and managers.

-Takes routine or required customer actions to meet customer needs. Responds promptly and accurately to customer complaints, inquiries and requests for information and coordinates appropriate follow-up. May handle escalated issues passed on from coworkers or subordinates

-Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
