JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator 1 plays a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the Health and Medical Department's district- wide health and medical initiatives. The Coordinator 1 position involves coordinating administrative tasks, facilitating communication, maintaining records, and providing assistance to team members and stakeholders. The Coordinator 1 contributes to the overall effectiveness and success of the department by ensuring smooth coordination and execution of activities.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and deliver professional development sessions focused on effective execution of district health and medical initiatives.
2. Work closely with division and campus staff to assess specific needs and deliver tailored support to enhance the implementation of health and medical initiatives.
3. Create and disseminate resources and tools to suppm1 delivery of high-quality health and medical programming and resources, ultimately increasing student and family access to and successful engagement with health promotion initiatives

4. Regularly develop and report out on data analyzing impact of district health initiatives and fidelity of implementation.
5. Regularly engages end users, including campus nurses and division supp011 teams, to gather feedback on the impact of activities and needs. Maintain and update departmental records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
6. Collaborate with team members to plan and organize meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
7. Other duties as assigned.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Leadership. Regularly provides project management or team leadership to a group of two or more employees but does not have formal supervisory responsibility. Leading and directing is restricted to monitoring work and providing guidance on escalated issues. Most of work time is spent performing many of the same duties they are leading.
WORK COMPLEXITY/INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT
Work is substantially complex, varied and regularly requires the selection and application of technical and detailed guidelines. Independent judgment is required to identify, select, and apply the most appropriate methods as well as interpret precedent. Position regularly makes recommendations to management on areas of significance to the department. Supervision received typically consists of providing direction on the more complex projects and new job duties and priorities.

Monitors customer service standards.
